USA - CANADA ... TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2014

We bid farewell to the New England States and hello to the Canadian Maritimes. (More lobstah!)

Somes Harbor in Maine.

Posting Allie's & Daniel's card ...

Wayne kept his bib clean ...

Mark, not so clean. Haha.

We left the Narrows Too about 9:30 headed for the Canadian border. The roads, #1 & 9 were rough and slow travel. Finally, we arrived at the border about 1 o'clock. After a completely miserable border inspection, we were underway at 2:30. (Sue and Wayne had no problem, paid their booze import fee and were on their way.)

Sue is very worried about the forecast for tonight ... -1 C (30F). We both have central heat in our rigs, so not problem.

Highway 1, North through Maine.

Road warriors ... in New Brunswick, Canada.

We watched a lobsterman anchor his boat for the night and the various lighthouses come to life in the darkening sky.

Dinner was BBQ'd chicken, salad and bread ... and a rousing game of Mexican Dominoes.

Moonrise on the Bay of Fundy. Tomorrow, we'll explore the area. There are three caves accessible at low tide!

  1. Are you allowed to bring that much Sunkist across the boarder into Canada?
