SALISBURY, MA - TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2014

Good morning! It's a bright 46F on The Cape. Sue and Wayne went exploring to Orleans this morning while Mark and I do NOTHING but relax. Actually, I hope to get my decorative shell lights hung in the kitchen.

Last night, Mark called cousin Don ... left a message ... two minutes later a "California" call came in. Here's where the fun started. (Background to the story, Mark received numerous telemarketer calls from Cali, thought this another, and refused to answer. By the third ring, I grabbed his phone and said, in my best Spanish, "Hola!" No answer ... "Hola?" ... still no reply ... "Hooollla" and Don's voice "Hola."  Right away I knew it was Mark's cousin ... "Donny!!! What are YOU doing with a California number???" LOL.

Fisherman Mark at Atlantic Oaks RV Park

Sagamore, Massachusetts

Ancient Sagamore Bridge. Yikes.

Sue and Wayne went to a Detroit Diesel depot for service on the Prevost and discovered an Elks Club next door. They will stay there overnight and explore Boston.

Mark and I arrived at Beach Rose in Salisbury, Massachusetts about 2 o'clock. It's a nice, clean RV park just minutes to the beach and family. Perfect.

Tonight, Karen, Tom, Don, Aunt Jean, Mark and I went to a waterfront restaurant for a delicious dinner. Salisbury is a beautiful, old, ship building community from the 1700's. Old architecture abounds. Don showed us around the port and to one of his favorite bars, the Thirsty Whale.

"Dee-o-gee" with Don in Newburyport.
