It's an historic city ... plenty to see and do. Due to the Royal Visit, the RCMP are all about.
Mark snapped a pic of the crowd and lineup of black cars.
The Prince and Duchess were looking bright on a chilly day in Cornwall, PEI.
Mark and I stopped into a Lobster Pub on the waterfront in pretty Victoria by the Sea.
He enjoyed a beer and chowder ...
I had pan fried scallops with garlic! Fantastic.
What a charming place!
Meanwhile, in Georgetown, Sue and Wayne had a great lunch.
Wayne had a BIG lunch. LOL
Prince Edward Island is lovely rolling hills of red dirt and kelly-green grass dotted with red barns and horses, oh the beautiful horses!
Sue and Wayne took their doggies and drove the eastern shore. They planned to visit the "Anne of Green Gables" house and countryside but ran out of time! They did get to Georgetown and enjoyed seeing it. They had a big lunch at the one restaurant that was open; and it was apparently great. They have photos to share!
We all went to dinner at the wharf tonight ... seafood all around. ;-)
Prince Edward Potato Vodka was a hit. Delicious and smooth.
So, we have decided to stay a third day ...
