SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2014

Ahhh, a sunny morning following a great sleep, wonderful.

Wayne noticed some oil on a rear tire. Fortunately, Mark and he ascertained that a wine cork would be a good temporary fix! Behold.

A little Ingenuity and Simple Green ...
and Wayne went for some lube.

Sue, Mark and I went for a drive around the old 1600's town.

Old Saybrook Lighthouse with mansions on the point.

Quaint; as we like it !!!

After our mini-tour, we bought grocery and browsed around. It's going to be a warm day.

Today is the Kentucky Derby ... alas, Mark won't be on the in-field this year; so maybe he'll see a horse this year (on TV). LOL

Late afternoon we cruised around Clinton ... a huge yachting/boating region. Wayne found a home he'd like ...

This home is 100 yards from the lobster landing. Many 1600's homes in Clinton are in good repair. They were well built obviously.

We found a good liquor store with low prices and stocked up for Canada. Haha.

Tonight, Wayne is cooking chicken, Sue is doing potatoes and we are making a salad ... Dinner in the Prevost tonight.

Tomorrow, we drive to old Cape Cod.
