WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2014

Wow, we're halfway through October already! It's a lovely morning with lower temperatures and humidity thanks to yesterday's front!

At 9:15 we were away to Longwood for Maggie's cold laser therapy and chemotherapy. Her next appointment is not until the 28th (?) and we were told we're on a two week program now. I show another 4 weekly sessions before going to every other week. She continues to do very well. Hooray. But, I have called the vet to verify this change and am waiting for his return call.

Rosemary Farm posted this picture of the mare bought at auction last Friday. The first picture showed her mane and tail twisted with burrs and a halter cut into her mouth. Here she is all combed out and looking pretty, minus the old halter.

By next week she'll have a name ... chosen by donors. It's a worthy non-profit organization we enjoy and support.

Rhythm and Beads posted this beautiful picture ... did you know horses enjoy wearing jewelry too?

As you may know ...

I'm going to buy beads and bells for horse necklaces. LOL

This afternoon, we loaded the RV, fueled up and checked the tires. And, tonight we're ready to relax.

Good night. ;-)
