This morning, Mark and I were worried. Maggie was drinking large amounts of water, with little urination yesterday and today. So it was off to see Dr. Greer in Longwood. After bloodwork, urine analysis and kidney test, all seems to be in order at this time. Today, she does not get a prednisone and tomorrow only half a dose. Perhaps this will clear up the mystery! In other words, it may be medication based. While Maggie was there, she had chemotherapy and cold laser therapy. Ka-Ching!!!
When we arrived home at noon, Pep Boys called to say our special order General Ameritrac tires had arrived. All six of them. Ka-Ching!!! Tomorrow is installation day. :-)
New South Florida Windows called to ask if they could install our new double hung windows tomorrow. Really? We've waited 10 weeks and tomorrow's THE day. Hahaha. Sure! Why not. Ka-Ching!!!
Meanwhile, down south, Sue sent a picture of their new art work. It's an 18' ceiling ... so look up.
It looks nice! Wish we could pop in for a visit ... but we're a little busy here at home. LOL
Mark cleaned the truck rims; now it's ready for tires tomorrow! I cleaned the glass doors on the kitchen cabinets, and wiped the shelves. Everything looks sparkling clean, ready for the window installer to make a big dirty mess! LOL. (I wasn't expecting them for another month!) My other fall cleaning job was replacing the yellowed glass door bumpers on the curio cabinet with new ones. What a difference that made! A $10 investment and it looks new again!
Tonight, I should be at YaYa's ... but it's outside (again) ... yuck. Maybe next month will be in A/C. I'm just not in the mood for sitting outside when it's lovely and comfortable in my own home.
So, instead, Randy's coming over for supper and Mexican Dominoes tonight ... 75F and plenty of ice in our drinks! Now that's fun.
Lew came over for a couple of drinks, and we watched Sons of Anarchy. Lots of laughs, although it's a serious show. Ta ta la da.
