Randy's on a "biker boys" weekend; a 10 hour ride to Panama Beach! A cold front is approaching North Florida, so they're bound to ride through some rain. Saturday night Central Florida is forecast to be in the 60's. Lovely change for us.
Today, I'm washing curtains ... our new windows are being installed this afternoon ... so that's a motivator. Haha.
We dropped the truck off at 9 for tire installation and picked it up at 12:30, all done and ready for our next RV adventure! Yeehaw.
About 2:30 the window installers arrived.
By 5:30 they were on the last window. Of course there was caulking and finishing to be done. It sure is quieter in the house! I guess the old windows were pretty bad ... only single pane and aluminum.
It took a couple of hours to sort things out after they left. We had to hang the blinds and drapes ... we're really happy with the results.
Mark sent a couple of texts to Randy and he replied they had gotten soaked!
This is the poor guy who spends all his window installation time outdoors. Ha ha.
That's it for tonight. Mark just took the dogs for a walk, as the rain is getting nearer.
