Good morning! Mark and I were up early to take Maggie for cold laser therapy in Sorrento. Fortunately, she was happy to see the therapist. Last week I was concerned because Mags wasn't willing to go with her! Right after Maggie went in for therapy, a woman came in with a Daschund and Rat Terrier. She had absolutely no control over either dog and was wrapped in their leashes three or four times before she got to the scale to weigh the first one. It was quite comical but I was relieved Mark was out walking Robbie at the time; or it may not have been so funny! LOL.

First thing this morning I phoned Dr. Young. His receptionist took a message and called me back about 11 o'clock. The reply was, "No need to get any blood work done, just keep your November appointment; see how you feel in another day or two. If it gets worse, go to the emergency room." WTF? When I told Dr. Sue the response her reply was "because it is FOOD related." Do you really think it was the chocolate malt shake, buffalo boneless wings, three beer and two antibiotics? Hmmm! I was lying in bed for two days; it was awful.

This evening we are going to Randy's for a dinner party, his first in awhile. There will be seven of us and he's cooking Chicken Marsala. Glad I'm feeling well enough to eat a little. Maggie and Robbie are invited to Uncle Randy's too! I hope everyone there likes Scottie dogs. LOL

This afternoon, we prepped the front door for spray painting. Citronella candles kept the blind mosquitoes away! If we had 10,000 candles for our street it would help!!! This is the worst year we've ever seen for these darn bugs.

This was my view as Mark began spraying the front door! I hope it will look as good as I think ... but I may be running to the store for more paint. (Yes, I ran back for two more cans!)

Mark and I had a good time and enjoyed meeting Randy's friends.

Dawn, Randy and Sandy were having fun ... but does Randy have a cramp???

Sandy, Patty, Dan and Mark. (Sorry it's fuzzy!)

Dawn and Randy were a good team!
The dinner party was fun and the food delicious!

Tomorrow, bowling!
