HUMP DAY, JULY 2, 2014

This morning, Wayne, Kyle, Gavin and Mark went fishing in the Tahoe. It was a perfect, sunny morning! Mark was the lucky angler on the boat but Kyle caught a nice big Pickerel from the dock. They arrived home just before the afternoon rain! It was just an hour before the day brightened up again.

It was a putter-around day for Sue and I. The boys moved "upstairs" this morning to spend more time with Nana & Grandpa. (We miss them ... youngsters keep us young!) Maggie and Robbie sat at the door watching for "the boys" to come home. 

Today is Sue's 3rd golf lesson! Mark and I are cooking hamburgers, hotdogs and fries for dinner ... about 7ish. (Wayne offered to cook pre-dinner sausage snack for happy hour!) The boys will "be starving" by then. LOL. 

Sue arrived at Chippy's about 7 and we had salad. Mark put the burgers on the grill (and one "dog" for Gavin) while I cooked French fries. It was a fun dinner! Lots of laughs. 

Wayne and the boys left at 8:30 to walk the dogs ... Sue stayed "to finish the wine" and catch up on the day's news.
