Linda and Randy popped in around noon today after successfully shopping for a second refrigerator for their Harley Davidson garage. Of course it's black! Randy is cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and there's going to be eight or 10 of us ... he needed more refrigerator space for all his cooking. LOL.
You see, at last year's Thanksgiving dinner, Randy had a complaint ... "Where's the soup?" he asked. Hahaha. He thought he was bamboozled, and perhaps he was, but the rule is, any complaint and dinner's at your house next year. (Mark and I carried Christmas dinner eight years straight, and couldn't get a darn complaint! LOL).
Since Randy's in charge of entertaining the crowd, he and Linda went shopping for a pool table. It's going to be a good Thanksgiving dinner at the "Staggerman's"! Oh, you weren't aware of their last name? Telemarketers were unable to pronounce a French name, and stuttered over it ... so that's it.
Meanwhile, I'm still Christmas decorating. Mark is running errands, and had to take the Buick into the transmission shop for a checkup. There's nothing wrong with it, but warranty starts after they check for oil leaks. Then, he's going to Joanne Fabrics for glitter spray paint. (He didn't want to be caught dead shopping for glitter paint ... what a good sport he is!) I need finely glittered spray paint for twin Christmas wreaths I'm decorating for the fireplace mantle.
Meanwhile, Sue is taking good care of the flowers Mark helped plant last week.
The planters block the stairs down to the dock to keep the doggies in check.
It's happy hour and the steaks are on the grill ... ta ta for now.
