Maggie had a pretty good night. I was up at 3:30 to check and give her a Tramadol. The living room doors were closed so she couldn't jump on the recliners or sofa! I also moved the dining room chairs into the living room! With the French doors closed and the stairs blocked, Robbie stayed upstairs with us. Maggie had the entire kitchen to herself. The 37QSL has been a good layout for our needs!
Mark and I were a little goofy this morning. I teased him about taking a sleeping pill before bed last night. He teased me about taking a Prozac this morning! LOL. It turned out I was worse than him! Mark got in the truck and pulled forward into the driveway. He was getting lined up to hookup but I thought the RV was already attached. LOL
Within minutes of leaving we entered Wisconsin ... and nicer highways. We saw a herd of buffalo! I love the rolling hills dotted with dairy farms. Yay cheese heads. LOL
At 10 we stopped to get Mags a pain pill. She couldn't get comfortable in her bed so I replaced hers with a sofa cushion and a pillow! Much better for her.
Thanks to cousin Hugh for this wonderful enlightenment. LOL
About 1 o'clock we crossed into Illinois. Mark remembered a place we stayed beside a gas station. After looking through our log book, Good Sam RV Travel book (huge) and atlas, we were stumped. Finally, a Google search for Shell gas and RV sites turned up Wenona on I-39 ... Exit 35. Now it's a BP station!
It's cloudy and 77F ... great travel day!
Thanks to Joanne for this enlightening sign. Haha.
Just funny stuff. Enjoy.
For real. Hahaha.
I suspect "photoshopping" ... but funny.
More funny "photoshopping".
Canadian humour, eh.
Honestly, it's a real sign. Haha.
So that's all for now folks! (Said like Bugs Bunny.). Ta ta.
