WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2014

It's a lovely 75F this morning and we're off to Olivia's for breakfast!

We met Randy and his friend, Dawn, at 9:30. Breakfast was delicious, and Olivia's has so much character! It was fun. Randy had a day of riding planned before he discovered oil leaking. (Of course, Mark said, "That's where the oil came from on my driveway!" Ha. That Marky. So, Randy will drop the bike at Gator Harley for repair. (Ka-Ching!) The timing is actually good as he leaves on his Canada trip tomorrow. It will be fixed by the time he gets back!

Mark and I came home and puttered about; painting and tidying the house. When a job is underway, every room is somehow neglected. Mark painted, I spruced. LOL.

Haha. No.

Sue and Wayne arrived this afternoon and we were invited for happy hour! They've traveled 8,500 miles this year in their motorhome! After wine, we went home to feed and walk the dogs. At 6:30 we met at the Oakwood for dinner. We all had a good evening with many stories told.

Tomorrow, Randy flies (on 9/11) to Canada while Sue and Wayne continue their trek another 250 miles home. I'm baking a decadent triple chocolate layer cake for YaYa's while Mark drives Randy to the airport.

Hope your day was grand. Ta ta.
