The faces of 9/11/01 ... 2,983 remembered.
Mark was out the door early to take Randy-man to the airport. As it turned out, Randy was through security and at his gate with 3 hours to spare! The only glitch was Linda's ashes in a sealed box ... exrayed and then passed.
While Mark was away, I fed and walked the dogs plus baked a triple chocolate layer cake. I'm hedging the bet my YaYa peeps will be extra happy to see me; my first meeting since April!
Sue and Wayne dropped their coach off for maintenance nearby and started the 4 hour drive home. It'll be a muddle at their house for a week or two after being away 4 1/2 months! It was good of them to stop and visit. We'll see them next month at the RV Rally.
Isn't this the cutest???
Hahaha. A party-person designed this sign!
Mark finished the guest room baseboard painting and helped hang the artwork. Once the new curtains and fairy lights are hung I'll post a photo or two. The transition from the carpet to the Sunroom's tile at the Guest Room's French doors is boring. We're thinking about a marble or stone strip.
Tomorrow will be a shopping day for mirrored closet doors, curtain rods and transition "stones". It's all fun.
Tonight, Mark and Lew are hanging out drinking beer and smoking cigars while Lynn and I take our wine bottles to YaYa's.
Tomorrow's another day as my mom would say. Ta ta.
