THURSDAY, AUGUST 15, 2013

Today, Sue and Wayne are going by boat with Joyce and Jim Gauthier to the new Steakhouse in Kenora. Mark and Julie have banking and laundry so will lunch at the Golden Arches and walk dogs during the day. 

Only in Canada ... I'll have a "Chocolate Mousse" to go, eh. 

There's not a breath of wind this morning. The flags over the boathouse are slack. 

Chippy's bay is like a mirror!  A warm day ahead. 

Chores completed; Mark gone fishing. :-)

The loons are busy feeding their two "nearly adult" chicks. Because of their downy, buoyant feathers, the chicks are unable to feed themselves!  

Well well ... Both chicks are learning to dive TODAY.  What a nerve-wracking thing to watch!!!  LOL.
