Good Sunday morning, y'all. Hope you enjoyed the preceding ... (former) President George W. Bush was always able to laugh at himself; and he had a great laugh ... "Hee hee hee".
We four are off to breakfast this morning and later in the afternoon to Rose and Charlie Dowling's for the annual Shriners fish fry. It's forecast to be hot and humid.
After breakfast we all went to Canadian Tire where Mark bought jack stands for the RV landing pads and Wayne bought propane and a new outdoor light for Mark to install. "The big W" as Mark says. Haha.
Riding in the Gator to Dowling's ... just a mile up the road.
Hangin' on!!! No parking problem with the Gator.
John Harbottle and Mark at the Shriner's Fish Fry.
Dinner for 130 patrons went smoothly as it was was well organized.
Charlie, in blue, oversaw the affair with grace.
Everyone enjoyed the camaraderie.
Rose, in turquoise, was, as usual, calm and competant.
It was a very good afternoon, albeit, hot and humid!
Sue and Wayne took Julius and Shorty for an evening boat ride. Mark and Julie were into watching a Brad Pitt cinematic disaster, "The Mexican". Well-known actors tried their best to bring some credibility to a poorly written script. Finally at 10 o'clock the movie ended with a far-fetched shoot out. I guess it ended with a bang. LOL
