SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2013

Good Sunday morning!  Awoke to 74F and rain pounding down. It looks like a front will push through until noon.

We were very lucky with the weather for last night's party ... just two light showers; not enough to drive us inside!

Meredith and I sported paper plate hats during the rain. Very spiffy. LOL.

Both Mark and I finished Christmas shopping yesterday, and wrapping today!   That is most certainly a record for Mark; often he's in the Christmas eve crowd.

Robbie, aka "Super-Helper", involved in the wrapping process. Hahaha. What a great Scottie!!!

Sue and Wayne have had landscaping done at their home. One of trio of the large Royal Palm trees died necessitating a reconfiguration.

Balance restored! Mother nature provided rain after the planting. It looks good.

This afternoon, Mark elected to go to Ocala National Forest; his favorite place. It's a perfect day for that ... cloudy, breezy and 68F. Meanwhile, I am enjoying an afternoon in my art room, door open, creating a necklace. Life is good.

Tonight, Randy joined us for a quick visit and pizza. He's been hauled into the Christmas spirit, kicking and screaming, LOL. We sent him home with a bag of pressies for under their tree.

Tonight, we're forecast to be 45F. Good sleeping weather.
