SATURDAY OCTOBER 17, 2015

This date, 15 years ago, we lost Dad. He was "Dad" to many ... regardless of bloodline. My brother-in-laws saw him as theirs ... and many wayward souls who crossed our doorstep over the years. Forever missed. 

Otherwise, it's a good morning! Plans include picking up our 40' baby at Giant Recreation World and an afternoon Oktoberfest party at Jack & Linda's home on Lake Eustis. 

eBay has been very slow this month! What's with that? 

Hmmm, that made a change of plans. Giant phoned this morning the new batteries were fully charged and there was no odor. Yay!!! However, the charging converter unit fan was not operating. So, there's another part to the puzzle that must be tested, possibly replaced and rechecked. We will not be picking up our RV until Monday. Darn. 

This afternoon, Mark and I went to Oktoberfest. The food was good, and the company great. Lynn & Rose organized a couple of fun games. One was a 3-part game ... I was added to the men's team and we win. LOL. Actually, the guys were awful bad ... but we won in the end when I rolled 3-6's first time. Hee hee.

Tonight, it was "play with Robs" and watch our Gator's against LSU. 

Tomorrow ... Mark and Lew are going walkabout in the forest ... and I'm going to stay in my nightgown til noon. Ta ta.
