Mark took two eBay packages to the post office, dropped off donations at Eustis Humane Society's Resale Shop and onto Ace for "special" screws to fasten the now painted table bases.
After assembly, I began filling the boo boos on the tabletop. At some time in its life, someone took a power sander to the wood. Alas, stupidity is rampant. Anyway, I filled, buffed and waxed with Harrell's English beeswax and, VOILA!
It looks pretty darn good, considering! LOL ... do you think it's BIG ENOUGH?
Mark made Onion Soup today ... his first batch and it was awesome ... reminded me of the RMYC's weekend dinners of Caesar Salad, French Onion soup, T-Bone steak, baked potatoes and pie. Talk about awesome. Haha.
Happy hour was spent sitting by the water with Robbie and a glass of wine! It was a very good day!
Rod & Shay called about 5 to chat. They're doing well in their new lifestyle and are loving the community amenities.
Randy was busy with gardening and yard work while Dawn worked today.
Sue phoned and told us about Jim's catered dinner party last night. (It sounded great!) I love the idea of having a chef and service person. Nice touch.
