I went back to bed as Mark was getting up. Ha ha. When I awoke at 8:30, we had three eBay sales; two art books and one pair of onyx earrings. After wrapping and addressing them, I had barely enough time to get ready to see Dr. Young. My blood test results are in, but the office won't share diddly-squat over the phone. "You got to come and see the doctor!" What a friggin' racket that is. For one wellness check up, he gets paid for two appointments.
Mark had errands to do, so dropped me at the doc's and continued onto Walmart. You see, tomorrow we're going to Saint Augustine for the weekend. Yeah baby!
Well, the doctor wrote a prescription put for a Staten to lower my cholesterol. Of course I researched online, and am afraid of I the possible side effects! As well, my thyroid is screaming for help. Hypothyroidism ... another prescription with more side effects. Yikes. Well, I'm not starting any new meds while we're away for the weekend! Side effects on this medication are heart palpitations, panic attacks, flushing, vertigo, dizziness, insomnia ... WTF???
It's been a hot one, 88°F but we have a lovely breeze today! We had a few things to the RV, and tomorrow morning will just finish up and head out around 9 o'clock, at least, that's the plan.
St Augustine is the oldest (continuously occupied European) settlement in North America. Mark has never been there ... and I was a LONG time ago. LOL
It looks like girls rule this week in bowling. Sue had 171 and beat Greg and Jack. (They are highly competitive guys ... Ha ha, I bet it killed 'em!!!) LOL
