Happy Mother's Day ... a toast to ours no longer with us ...
thanks for the loving lessons! You were right, Mom. LOL
It's quite humid this morning, although it's cloudy. We had the door open for a while, but by 930, I had to close up and put the air on. Chores this morning ... do a load of laundry (just to give the washer and dryer a workout) and then visit Diane Henry on the way to Sue's and Wayne's for a barbecue. Robbie gets to come along with us! Lucky dog, isn't he!
We've now had three eBay sales over the weekend, so must head home tomorrow to do our packing and shipping! It's a job, sort of. Haha.
Laundry finished, we're now heading over to Diane Henry's for a visit. We haven't seen her in more than a year. We were happy to see she's feeling well and is back to work.
Back home at 4 to feed Robbie and regroup before going to K's for the evening.
Wayne cooked wonderful steaks on the Q ... Sue made a salad and we had crusty rolls with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It was a great dinner! Carol and Jack came over after dinner, and brought dessert. We sat and had several drinks and got home at 10:30. We really enjoyed the evening.
Tomorrow, we must be up and on the road home by 9 o'clock! This weekend went way too fast. I wish we could stay longer and do more visiting.
