FRIDAY MAY 15, 2015

Good morning. It's a bright sunny 78°F. We packed up the RV; I took two parcels to the post office while Mark hooked up and we were on the road at 9:20 ... to Saint Augustine for the weekend!!! Yay. The KOA had a nice site on "the river" ... just 1/2 a mile to the beach! Nice!!!

I think Robbie is saying, "WTF!" LOL. Nice bench!

As soon as the power was on, Julie made popcorn. Haha. 

We love this place! It was 88 at home but just 77 here!? Why? 

Anyway, Mark and I sat outside with a glass of wine and watched the anhingas building a nest! They were quite comical. The male bird jumped from branch to branch until he found a perfect stick, then jumped back to take it to his female who wove it into the nest. We were fascinated.

We took a drive downtown, and to check where the sightseeing tour leaves tomorrow evening. Robbie was quite impressed to see a horse and carriage! 

We came home about 430 and poured another glass of wine and sat out to enjoy the afternoon. 

Mark cooked chicken on the grill, baked potatoes, and made a big salad. It was a perfect evening! At dusk, bats were flying about. It was really neat to watch them!

Tomorrow, will get more ambitious and go exploring, shopping, and touring. But today was just perfect to hang out!
