It was delicious! Our French waiter was very nice and spoke English, which helped. LOL. It turned into a "partay".
This morning, Mark and I wanted to sleep in but we had decided to leave at 8 o'clock. Sue and Wayne left for Walmart to walk their dogs on pavement. Finally underway at 8:25.
Stopped 15 minutes later for Wayne's fuel up at the last New Brunswick station. Apparently, Quebec fuel is much higher priced.
We crossed into the Province of Quebec at 9 am and the Eastern Time Zone, making it 8 am.
At 8:20 we passed Notre Dame du Lac ... Beautiful.
Mark liked this sign for our Blog ... not everywhere do you have a snowmobile crossing THE major highway!!!
I would like to meet the humorous Frenchman whose name this town bears! Ha! Ha!
This was our first glimpse of the mighty St. Lawrence Seaway; 50 kilometers wide in some areas.
We arrived about 12:30 into KOA Quebec City ... a huge "city camp" complete with patio and furniture!
Tonight, dinner is at Sue & Wayne's rig, next door.
It's lovely and warm in the sun! The wind is still a bit raw.
Tomorrow, Mark and I are going on a bus tour of Old Quebec City ... K's have offered to stay close for the doggies. Nice.
