Good morning. We're all tuckered out after an evening at the fair. The weather changed and we had a lovely breezy evening!
Mark felt the need to "fit in" ...
LOL ...
Cluck cluck ... actually I was peeping like a chick ... it was good fun.
We were pleasantly surprised at the ticket booth ... Tuesday night was $1 night - free parking ... $1 entry and $1 rides!!! We spent $10 LOL.
Today, was bright and sunny. I enjoyed tidying my arts and crafts room and sorting projects for summer.
Mark went shopping at Walmart and looked up and down the freezer aisles for the chicken meatballs Sue wanted for Macy. (See below.)
He tried phoning me, but, I missed the call. When Mark arrived home, I had a bit of a laugh at his story. You see, the Full Moon meatballs would have been in the dog food aisle ... not the freezer case. "What are they doing feeding Macy DOG food???" he laughed.
Next, Mark mixed up his home-made trail mix while I put groceries away but accidentally dumped in shredded Parmesan cheese instead of dried cranberries. LOL. He was frazzled.
Tonight, we're taking dinner for Linda and Randy ...
Mark, (doing his "skinny" pose) cooked up a batch of Cabbage Roll Casseroles.
After the oven had been on for a few minutes, I started to smell cabbage. But not good cabbage! I turned the range hood vent on high, but it was venting into the kitchen!!! After looking at the manual, it was evident that Mark had installed it wrong! Apparently, he cannot smell the odor of propane. Fortunately I can! We had to open the doors and get outside ... quickly.
It was a fun evening at Linda and Randy's. Mark and Randy were the pool champions.!!!
