Randy called at 10:30 to say Linda wasnt able to open her eyes and couldn't respond to him. I conferred with Sue and she phoned Randy ... Linda went to hospital by ambulance. Alzheimer's is a long goodbye; absolutely horrid.
Mark and I went to see Linda tonight ... ragged breathing, unresponsive, eyes closed. We filled in medical details with her nurse and went home for a double scotch.
