As it turns out, error code 403 means that I have used too much bandwidth and reached my limit on my current blog. So, I have started a new blog that is called "two wagging tales 2" ... and this is the new address to reach it. This is where all future posts will be. I heard from several Palma concerned, when they couldn't find us over Christmas on the blog. I apologize. It took a while to research why I was having the error code and how to fix it.
