SATURDAY NOVEMBER 14, 2015

It's official! Fall arrived! It's 57 this morning, with a high of 75. Yay! It's a fantastic change for we who live here year round. So sorry snowbirds. LOL

Robbie and I laid in bed and watched CNN coverage of the murderous attacks in Paris. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families and those changed by senseless acts. It's ridiculous that the militants can't understand, and respect, others way of life. I just saw the following on Facebook ...

Mark and Lew went deer hunting this morning. Even if they don't see anything, I know they will have a great time. Oh, I stand corrected by a text and photo! Lew got a nice nine pointer. He will be over the moon. Venison is on the menu!

The Florida buck weighed in at 160 lbs.

It was paperwork (juggling) day for me. So much accumulates and eventually I'm forced to sort through it. 99% of our bills are paid online, but once in awhile a check must be written. Drat. It was a good chance to write an anniversary card to Shay-Rod who will celebrate 26 years this month!

This evening, we are going with Randy and Dawn to a dinner and dance. (We vaguely recall Dawn saying "lessons" were in our future!) Perhaps we'd been overserved when we (I) said "YES!"  LOL. (Mark says that I always say yes ... and I say that's why we're married!) Haha.

This is an event that Sue and Wayne would enjoy!  We shall see how the two bionic people do on their feet.

Dawn's friend Maggie took Randy on a trial run ... lessons are in his future!

Dinner was good ... dancing was fun to watch ... and, WE danced once!
"Moon River" ...
