Mark went shopping at his favorite, Tractor Supply, and bought a new cap. Yes, camouflage, but not GATORS, this time a JUSTIN. (It was a sad moment complete with "Taps" hummed when the old hat his the trash. LOL. While he was shopping I spent an hour with Willie.
Who's Willie???
Afterward, we stopped at the post office then went home to pickup Robbie. We had another stop to make. Mark wanted to check prices on selling some of his arsenal. Although we couldn't make a deal with the gun shop owner, one of his customers was interested. Mark made a decent deal and sold two old rifles.
Yes, but who's Willie!
So, we came home and celebrated. There's always something to celebrate in life! (Sometimes you have to look for it.) LOL
Tomorrow, a cold front is supposed to move in that will drop our overnight temperatures into the upper 40s. Brrr. (Still in the mid-70's daytime.) So, the very thought of it has me in the mood for another nice fire tonight. The house is so comfortable when we use our fireplace!
Randy worked today, at The Hideaway, clearing property, again. He's happy!
Across the street, "the bank" sent workers to clean up the property that's been vacant. Mark and Robbie were "watching". Haha. Robbie was growl-barking; hilarious ... but Mark made the vicious face. LOL
My watch guys!!!
So, Tavares, "America's Seaplane City" celebrated their 10,000th landing. It's really boosted the city's economy; already 4 times the cost of the seaplane base. Who knew? Seven new restaurants opened since the base opened!
A Falcon 9 rocket launched from Cape Canaveral tonight. Mark, Robbie and I went outside to watch. It was clear (nicer if it was dark outside), but we saw it. The photos I took look like a little cloud in the sky with no red flare. Darn.
The "rocket's red glare" wasn't apparent on my iPhone 6 picture! LOL
Willie. Right. Haha. Willie is the nice young man at the bowling alley! My birthday gift from Mark came with an hour's coaching! Nice! I needed it; my new ball is "fingertip" drilled, quite different from my old ball. It was great to have the coaching.
So that was our Wednesday. Hope yours was good too.
