2010 RV ADVENTURE

Although we didn't make any RV trips, it was a very interesting year. We were in the midst of updating our cottage and keeping an eye on my mom, while the rest of the family was traveling. In November, quite unexpectedly, Mark got laid off from Schindler, after working for them for 28 years!!! At the time, I was at our cottage with our Tawns family visiting from Scotland for a week. Sue and Wayne were in our driveway with their Prevost ... so it was quite the party atmosphere when Mark arrived home. We celebrated Thanksgiving at our cottage, and then went south to the RV to celebrate Christmas with mom. Sue and Wayne hosted Christmas dinner. Christmas eve was a party at the RV with Matt, Tiffany, Hailey, Linda, Randy, Sue, Wayne, Carol, Jack, Charles and Diane Henry we had a wonderful evening with a huge crock pot of chili and all the fixins We stayed at Sunshine Holiday RV park until the end of 2010, when we hauled our rig to the cottage. At that time, we had a special RV port built to store our rig. Mark got unemployment, and we settled in to work cottage homebase until work improve.
